Terms of Service

1. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at signup.
• The free trial does not require a credit card; at the end you must choose a plan to continue.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds, except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to compromise platform security.
• Training competing AI models from Service outputs.
• Submitting third-party sensitive data without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Customer content

You retain all rights to the data, code, and materials you submit or connect to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely to provide the Service, including transmission to AI providers under confidentiality agreements.

5. AI-generated outputs

• Recommendations, plans, and reviews generated by the agent are probabilistic suggestions and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any action before executing it in production.
• We do not warrant outputs are free from copyright or patent infringement; you are responsible for validating applicability.
• Hire Archon is not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, or security advice.

6. Third-party integrations

By connecting external services (GitHub, Jira, Notion, AWS, payment providers), you authorize access per the OAuth scopes selected. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies of external providers.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, trademarks, software, design, and documentation are owned by Hire Archon or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights beyond the license granted herein.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and no less than reasonable care.

9. Availability and SLA

We aim for high availability. Specific SLAs, service credits, and maintenance windows may be defined by addendum for Enterprise plans.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, or security risk. You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except as otherwise required by law.
